Before founding LSZ Consultancy, Roy held commercial roles at APM Terminals, Hutchison Ports, and NAVIS. These experiences shaped his expertise in both the terminal and maritime software landscape and laid the foundation for his extensive network. Today, this network extends across shipowners, ship managers, and charterers, as well as terminal operators — enabling LSZ clients to access the right decision-makers quickly.
With a proven track record supporting start-ups, scale-ups, and established firms such as NAPA, Grieg Connect, Cofano, DCSA, and Tideworks, Roy combines deep industry knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach.
